2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account on BJ 77. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Submitting false or misleading details is strictly prohibited. bj 77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time.

2.3 Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Must be a resident of Bangladesh
• Participation must be voluntary and by individuals of sound mind
• BJ 77 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Registration is not permitted from regions where online gaming is prohibited by local law

All bets at bj 77 are placed from a real money account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where bj 77's own Cash Out feature is available, which allows partial or full withdrawal of a bet.

3.1 Odds & Results

All odds are set by bj 77 and are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.

3.2 Match Cancellation or Incomplete Matches

If a match or event is cancelled or does not take place, the bet is generally voided and the full stake is refunded. However, specific BJ 77 rules may apply in certain situations — for example, in cricket, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, it will be counted as a valid result.

• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 5x (you must bet five times the bonus amount). Only bets with odds of 1.50 or above will count towards the requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each promotion can only be used once (unless otherwise stated)
• Direct withdrawal from bonus balance is not available
• Wagering requirement completion period is generally 7–30 days
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination
• Bj 77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bj 77. If any of these are proven, the account may be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse)
• Placing a bet with prior knowledge of a match or game result
• Using any software, bot, or automation tool
• Allowing others to participate in or share access to your account or betting activity
• Money laundering or transacting using funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting platform technical errors to gain an unfair advantage

Bj 77 is committed to delivering its services to the highest standard. However, bj 77 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game could not be completed due to an internet connection failure
• Losses caused by delays from third-party payment gateways
• If the issue is caused by your own device or network
• Losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others
• If the service is unavailable due to unscheduled server maintenance

However, if a technical error causes an irregularity in a game outcome, bj 77 will investigate the matter and provide appropriate compensation.

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance remaining in your account can be withdrawn before closure.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, bj 77 offers a Self-Exclusion option. You can lock your account for 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Any attempt to open a new account during a Self-Exclusion period will also be blocked.

8.2 Closure by BJ 77

BJ 77 may close an account without notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity. Any legitimate balance remaining may be returned or forfeited following an investigation.

Bj 77 may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Minor changes may be made by updating the page alone — however, members will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.

Continued use of BJ 77 after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to any change, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
